                进口热动力疏水阀

进口热动力疏水阀是根据伯努力热动力原理，利用蒸汽和凝结水的热动力学不同的特性，引起动能和势能动静压变化。使动作件阀片上下压差变化，启动阀片开启和关闭，从而达到阻汽排水目的。

热动力圆盘式疏水阀适用于蒸汽管网及设备中，能自动排出凝结水、空气及其它不凝结气体，并阻水蒸汽泄漏的阀门。

进口疏水阀的分类：

根据疏水阀工作原理的不同，疏水阀可化为以下几种类型：

1 机械型：依靠蒸汽疏水阀内凝结水液位高度的变化而动作，包括： 

浮球式：浮子为封闭的空心球体 

敞口向上浮子式：浮子为开口向上的桶型 

敞口向下浮子式：浮子为开口向下的桶型 

2 热静力型：依靠液体温度的变化而动作，包括： 

双金属片：敏感原件为双金属片 

蒸汽压力式：敏感原件为波纹管或墨盒，内部充入挥发性液体 

3 热动力型：依靠液体的热动力学性质的变化而动作。 

圆盘式：由于在相同的压力下，液体与气体的流速不同，所产生的不同的动，静压力，驱使圆盘阀片动作 

脉冲式：由于不同温度的凝结水通过两极串连节流孔板式，坐在两极节流孔板之间形的不同压力，驱使阀瓣动作。

进口热动力疏水阀工作原理：

  进口热动力疏水阀内有一个阀片，既是敏感件又是动作执行件。当装置启动时，管道出现冷却凝结水，凝结水靠工作压力推开阀片，迅速排放。当凝结水排放完毕，蒸汽进入疏水阀内，蒸汽的体积迅速扩大，蒸汽比凝结水的流速大，使阀片上下产生压差，阀片在蒸汽流速的吸力下迅速关闭。当阀片关闭时，阀片受到两面压力，阀片下面的受力面积小于上面的受力面积，因疏水阀汽室里面的压力来源于蒸汽压力，所以阀片上面受力大于下面，阀片紧紧关闭。当疏水阀汽室里面的蒸汽降温成凝结水，汽室里面的压力消失。凝结水靠工作压力推开阀片，凝结水又继续排放，循环工作，间断排水。

进口热动力疏水阀特点：

体积小，重量轻，不受安装位置的限制，全部材质均为不锈钢件，经久耐用，耐腐蚀 

在室外不怕冷冻，能耐水击，耐过热。 

过冷度为8℃，漏汽率小于实际排量3\%，最大背压50\% 

结构简单，安装维修方便。
